Terms Policy

1. Reservations & Bookings

- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Guests must provide accurate details while making a reservation.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

- Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

- Valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) must be presented at check-in.
- Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

- Cancellation policies may vary based on the booking channel.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.

5. Guest Conduct

- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property.
- Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to their account.
- Loud music or parties are not allowed without prior permission.

6. Food & Beverages

- Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
- Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

7. Parking & Liability

- Complimentary parking is provided for guests.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

9. Safety & Security

- Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
- The hotel is not liable for loss/theft of personal belongings.
- CCTV cameras are installed for guest safety.

10. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

11. Amendments

Hotel Saravana Grand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
